Store associates are not able to process a refund on our system. We will always ask you to test out disposable products and cartridges before leaving the store in order to assure quality and working products.
If a product does not work in store, we will switch it out for you. But once you walk out after a purchase, we cannot be sure as to whether it was a product or customer fault.
Some purchases are excluded From this statement, however, this does apply to all disposable products, Batteries, and mods.
